project.html — a case-study page (cover photo, write-up, project facts, a small gallery) behind every portfolio tile, which in version 1 opened nothing.
article.html — a full article page behind every "Articles" card, which in version 1 also opened nothing.
404.html — a not-found page with three ways back in; version 1 shipped none.
ichaesemos-cv.pdf — the file behind "Download CV", which in version 1 went nowhere at all.
email-inquiry.html — the auto-reply a visitor gets after using the contact form: their message quoted back, what happens next, and a link to the portfolio. Table-based, inline-styled, 600px wide, with an Outlook conditional and a phone layout — the way mail clients need it. Before sending, replace the images/... paths with absolute URLs on your server and put your links in place of the "#" ones (the file says so at the top).
14 of the site's 31 links were "#" links that reloaded the page: the six portfolio tiles, the four "Articles" cards and the four footer social icons now go to the project page, the article page and the real networks.
The back-to-top button had working JavaScript (a fade-in on scroll, a scroll-to-top on click) but no button in the page for it to act on — the code ran against nothing. The button is in the page now.
The contact form's three fields had no <label>s and only one had a name attribute; all three are labelled and named now.
The one page had no meta description; it has one now.
Unchanged. The fonts are version 1's own self-hosted kit (Roboto and Open Sans), still self-hosted, woff2 only.
The four dummy "client" logo images (styled seals with no real companies behind them) are a plain numbers strip now — years of experience, projects shipped, happy clients — in the same spot. The two "Articles" cards line up to equal height instead of the shorter one leaving a gap. Both are phone/tablet-safe versions of the same change; desktop measures identical to version 1 everywhere else.
jQuery + wow.js + jquery.inview + shuffle.js + jquery.imagesloaded + masonry.pkgd + owl.carousel + a bundled smooth-scroll library → Bootstrap 5.3, no jQuery. The mobile menu, the scroll-spy nav highlight and the testimonial slider are Bootstrap 5's own; js/main.js is one dependency-free file for the rest: the back-to-top button, the skill-bar reveal, the portfolio filter and the contact form's client-side check.
css/bs3-compat.css: the Bootstrap 3 behaviours this design relies on (the 1170 container, the dropdown-menu active state) restored on top of Bootstrap 5. Safe to trim.
Every page: a unique <title> and meta description, lang="en", one h1, no inline styles, no inline scripts, every image with alt text and width/height (no layout shift), lazy loading below the fold, labelled form fields, https links.
